The robotic camera is being sent down into the sewers to check the condition of pipes before Queen Street is repaved. A team started on Feb. 28 at Summit Avenue traveling towards downtown and will continue throughout the remainder of this week. Gross said, "Everything from Summit flows down Queen Street and then from Summit back the other way toward Kinston High, and we have to go with the flow."
