On April 9, a man on Durpree Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into his vehicle. Damages to a rear glass window were estimated at $200.
On April 9, a woman reported an acquaintance punched her in the head, resulting in minor injuries. The incident was cleared by an arrest.
On April 9, a man on Stockton Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into locked vehicles and stole the following: A 9mm pistol valued at $350; a billfold valued at $20; cell phone charger valued at $20.
On April 8, a woman on Nelson Street, Kinston, reported a man exposed himself to her.
On April 9, a man on Lynn Drive, Kinston, reported someone entered a vehicle and stole the following: An NBA 2K12 video game valued at $50; cash totaling $20. Damages to a Toyota Camry were estimated at $20.
On April 9, a woman reported someone used her credit card to purchase $47.39 in gasoline. The incident occurred at a convenience store on Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Kinston.
On April 9, a representative of Walmart on West Vernon Avenue, Kinston, reported someone attempted to shoplift assorted clothing valued at $61. The incident was cleared by an arrest.
On April 9, a man on Sycamore Avenue, Kinston, reported his girlfriend cut couches and threw food around a kitchen. Damages to a couch/love seat were estimated at $700; damages to a kitchen were estimated at $100.
On April 8, a woman reported someone removed cooper from an air conditioner at a residence on N.C. 58 North, Hookerton. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
On April 9, a representative of the Kinston/Lenoir Public Library on North Queen Street, Kinston, reported someone stole a copy of "Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie" on DVD. The disc is valued at $25.
On April 12, a woman from Mitchell Wooten Apartments, Kinston, reported her boyfriend struck her in the mouth with his fist.
On April 9, a representative of North Lenoir High School reported a student possessed marijuana in his book bag. The marijuana is valued at $10. The incident was cleared by an arrest.
On April 14, a woman on Laroque Avenue, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole $14,000 from a safe.
On April 11, a man on East Blount Street, Kinston, reported unknown suspects broke a window and stole the following: A TV valued at $750; a TV stand valued at $300. Damages to a window were estimated at $400.
On April 10, a woman on Hawthorne Avenue, Kinston, reported the following stolen: A Microsoft Xbox 360 valued at $360; a Nintendo Wii valued at $300; a camcorder valued at $170; a 42" flat screen TV valued at $500; a backpack valued at $8; a State Employee's Credit Union card.
On April 10, a man on Windsor Road, Kinston, reported someone stole a .38 revolver valued at $300 from his vehicle.
On April 10, a man reported his girlfriend threw a microwave through the back windshield of a vehicle. Damages were estimated at $100. The incident occurred in a parking lot on Carey Road, Kinston.
On April 11, a woman on Barber Road, Seven Springs, reported someone attempted to break into her vehicle. Damages to the Dodge Avenger were estimated at $18,000.
On April 11, a woman on Tilghman Mill Road, Kinston, reported the following stolen: A Husquavarna lawn mowere valued at $1,400; a hard shell motorcycle saddle back valued at $1,600.
On April 24, a woman on Edwards Avenue, Kinston, reported $1.50 in loose change had been stolen from a vehicle.
On April 24, a representative of Walmart on West Vernon Avenue, Kinston, reported someone attempted to shoplift assorted makeup products valued at $47. The incident was cleared by an arrest.
On April 23, a woman on Hodges Road, Kinston, reported a subject obtained $50,000 for home repair work that was not completed.
On April 23, a woman on Candeldwood Drive, Kinston, reported someone entered his residence and stole the following: A Sony Playstation console valued at $300; an Apple Ipad 2 valued at $300; a 32" TV valued at $250; Modern Warfare Edition Xbox 360 valued at $432; Beats headphones valued at $320; three Xbox video games valued at $120.
On April 23, a woman on Hawthorne Avenue, Kinston, reported someone caused and estimated $2,000 in damages to two televisions.
On April 23, a woman reported someone stole a .40 cal handgun from her vehicle. The incident occurred in a parking lot on East Gordon Street, Kinston.
On April 24, a man on Duggins Drive, Kinston, reported someone entered his residence and stole electrical wires valued at $100. Damages to the residence were estimated at $4,900.
