Abby Small, 7, of Kinston, demonstrates the proper hand signal for stopping on a bicycle during the Bike Rodeo at the Woodmen Community Center on Saturday. At the event, parents and children were taught bike safety and proper hand signaling. Children had their helmets properly fitted and if they didn’t have one, helmets were donated by the Woodmen of the World.
