Warrants have been taken out for three Kinston men, and so far the police haven’t been able to locate them.

Eddie Hall Jr., 49, is wanted for obtaining property under false pretense for offenses that occurred on Dec. 6. He’s scheduled to appear in Lenoir County Superior Court on Sept. 23 to face eight felony counts of obtaining property under false pretense, should he appear.

According to Kinston Department of Public Safety spokesman Woody Spencer, the KDPS is also on the lookout for Michael Pigford, 40, on a child abuse charge from Aug. 9. He served time in state prison from June 2011 to April of this year for obtaining property under false pretense and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Pigford also served time for a Greene County conviction for felony child abuse inflicting serious injury from September 2008 to August 2009.

Police are also searching for Johnny Ray Sanders, 19, for breaking and entering, sexual assault and armed robbery on Aug. 10. The state Department of Public Safety lists Sanders as an absconder from probation on convictions for operating a vehicle without a license and damage to property.

Sanders is also scheduled to be in Lenoir County District Court on Sept. 23 for felony possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana.

If you have any information on Sanders, the DPS Division of Adult Corrections would like you to contact them at 888-646-0024.

And if you have any information on any of the three suspects, contact the KDPS at 252-939-4020 or 252-939-3220.
