Outdoor surface for dumpster should be nonabsorbent material such as concrete or asphalt

Couple of chubs of raw ground beef above country ham packages

Chicken salad and another item in refrigerator were below 41F but had been prepped on Aug. 15. These items cannot be held for more than seven days

Main kitchen staff are adhering to no jewelry policy; waitstaff must observe this rule as well if they are helping plate food
