Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Faulkner of the Bucklesberry community in La Grange celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on Nov. 1.
The couple has four children, Jimmy Faulkner of Sydney, Australia; Jason Faulkner of La Grange; Sarah-Beth Faulkner of Kinston; and the late Jamie Faulkner; and four grandchildren.
Mrs. Faulkner is the former Joan Ellen Loftus of Deep Run. She is a retired nurse from Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Faulkner is retired from the city of Kinston.
The couple was married Nov. 1, 1968, at White Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Fader.
