On Oct. 7, a representative of North Lenoir High School reported someone stole a teacher's iPhone 3 and case valued at $275.
On Oct. 7, a man reported the theft of an Apple iPad valued at $400. The incident occurred at the Neuse Regional Library on North Queen Street, Kinston.
On Oct. 8, it was reported someone stole an iPhone 4 valued at $400 at North Lenoir High School on 2400 Institute Road, La Grange. Case disposition listed as unfounded.
On Oct. 9, a man on Elijah Loftin Road, Kinston, reported an acquaintance towed his vehicle from his residence and then sold same after payment was received.
On Oct. 9, a suspicious package was seized on Smith Grady Road, Deep Run. The package contained an Identicard camera with case an laminator.
On Oct. 10, a woman on Green Haynes Road, Kinston, reported a friend assaulted her in the face and threatened her. Prosecution was declined.
On Oct. 10, a woman reported an acquaintance pushed her in the face, resulting in minor injuries. The incident occurred at Southeast Elementary School on Marcella Drive, Kinston.
On Oct. 10, a woman on Pierce Road, Kinston, reported someone entered her residence and stole the following: Three gaming consoles valued at $300; a GT racing game valued at $25; a 19" LED TV valued at $200.
On Oct. 10, a representative of BB&T bank on North Queen Street, Kinston, reported receiving a counterfeit $50 bill.
On Oct. 11, a woman on Larkspur Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into a vehicle and stole the following: A Tommy Hilfigger purse valued at $50; a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $25. Damages to a window were estimated at $150.
On Oct. 30, it was reported that three female students engaged in a fight at North Lenoir High School. An Android tablet valued at $200 was damaged.
On Oct. 30, it was reported that three students engaged in a fight at South Lenoir High School. The incident was cleared by an arrest.
On Oct. 30, a woman on Betty Street, Kinston, reported subjects attempted to rob her with a handgun.
On Oct. 30, a man on South Highland Boulevard, Grifton, reported the following stolen: One thousand feet of copper wire valued at $3,000; a yarn machine valued at $1,000; miscellaneous scrap metal valued at $1,000.
On Oct. 30, a representative of Kinston Housing Authority reported the theft of a tool valued at $600 from a truck. The stolen tool was recovered.
On Oct. 30, a man reported someone reached through an open vehicle window and stole 14 compact discs valued at $20 and a credit/debit card valued at $20. The incident occurred on North McLewean Street, Kinston.
On Oct. 30, a man on Squire Place, Kinston, reported someone walked into his residence and stole $50.
On Oct. 30, a woman on Waters Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into her vehicle and stole a bag with assorted items valued at $50.
Damages to a vehicle window were estimated at $100.
On Oct. 30, a man on Jefferson Drive, Kinston, reported the theft of a Remington 308 caliber rifle valued at $500 and a Refield scope valued at $200.
On Oct. 30, a man on Outlaw's Bridge Road, Seven Springs, reported his mother stole his two class rings which were valued at $1,400.
On Oct. 31, a man on Jessica Lane, Kinston, reported the theft of gas valued at $17.
On Oct. 31, a man reported an acquaintance attempted to rob him with the use of a gun.
On Oct. 31, a woman on Rosedale Avenue, Kinston, reported stole an Xbox 360 gaming system cable valued at $30.
On Oct. 31 a man on Red Field Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: An HP computer valued at $278; a 32" Phillips TV valued at $400; a Sony PS3 game valued at $250; a Batman PS3 game valued at $14; a PS3 game valued at $20.
On Oct. 31, a woman on Williams Loop Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence and stole the following: An RVC 52" TV valued at $700; misc. jewelry valued at $50; three WWE action figures valued at $100; 12 misc. Polo-type shirts valued at $170; a jewelry box valued at $50.
On Nov. 1, a woman on Carver Court, Kinston, reported someone entered her residence and stole the following: A Samsung Galaxy phone valued at $700; a 42" Toshiba TV valued at $600. A grey toboggan valued at $1 was seized at the scene.
On Nov. 1, a man on Gulick Drive, Kinston, reported someone assaulted him with a stick and attempted to take his money, resulting in minor injuries.
On Nov. 2, a woman on South Trianon Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into a barn and stole a purple Mongoose bicycle valued at $160 and an orange/blue Mongoose bicycle valued at $200.
On Nov. 2, a representative of Century Link on Cunningham Road, Kinston, reported someone opened an unlocked vehicle door/pried on back door of second vehicle and stole a Makita 18-volt cordless hammer drill valued at $300. Damages to the vehicles were estimated at $500.
On Nov. 2, a woman on Root Rouse Road, Seven Springs, reported her boyfriend grabbed and pushed her, resulting in minor injuries.
On Nov. 2, a woman on Edgewood Drive, Grifton, reported being assaulted by an acquaintance, resulting in minor injuries.
On Nov. 2, a woman on N.C. 58 South, Kinston, reported the theft of an Easy-Go 36-volt charger valued at $225.
On Nov. 2, a man reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle at a parking lot on Smithfield Way, Kinston, and stole a Clarion flip screen CD player valued at $200.
On Nov. 2, a woman on East Caswell Street, Kinston, reported her boyfriend pushed her and kicked her dog. No injuries were reported. The incident was cleared by an arrest.

On Nov. 3, a woman on N.C. 903 N., La Grange, reported the theft of a Marshall guitar amp w/speakers and box valued at $1,200.
On Nov. 3, a woman reported the theft of $60. The money was reportedly taken from her wallet at a residence on Barwick Road, Kinston.
On Nov. 4, a woman on Central Avenue, Kinston, reported the theft of a metal wagon wheel from her driveway. The wheel is valued at $150.
On Nov. 4, a man on Cecil Drive, Kinston, reported the theft of a Die Hard vehicle battery valued at $100.
On Nov. 4, a man on Williams Loop Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A stove valued at $400 and a refrigerators valued at $450.
On Nov. 5, a man reported someone broke into his vehicle while parked on Plaza Boulevard, Kinston, and stole the following: GoPro Hero 2 camera backing valued at $350; a DeWalt paint gun valued at $100.
On Nov. 6, a woman on Brooks Farm Road, Grifton, reported someone keyed a Dodge Avenger. Damages estimates were not listed on the report.
On Nov. 6, a man on Carey Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole four pieces of audio/video equipment valued at $1,500.
On Nov. 7, a woman on Marilyn Drive, Kinston, reported an acquaintance snatched open a door and assaulted the victim by trying to hit. No injuries were reported. Damages to a screen door latch were estimated at $20.
On Nov. 7, a man on Taylor Heath Road, Kinston, reported someone left rat poison at a dog food bowl.
On Nov. 7, a man on Cameron Drive, Kinston, reported the theft of a yellow Poulan push lawn mower valued at $150.
On Nov. 8, a man reported an acquaintance struck him and stole an HTC cellphone valued at $400. The incident occurred on East King Street, Kinston.
On Nov. 8, a man reported someone broke into a residence on North Queen Street, Kinston, and stole the following: A kitchen sink valued at $300; a chandelier valued at $5,000; three Norman Rockwell paintings valued at $1,000.
On Nov. 8, a man reported someone took his car without permission. The incident occurred on East Highland Avenue, Kinston.
On Nov. 8, a man on Chruch Road, La Grange, reported an acquaintance stole a revolver and ammunition valued at $100.
On Nov. 9, a representative of Lenoir Community College reported someone busted through a glass door, broke into an ATM and stole unlisted amount of money.
On Nov. 9, a man on Graham Lee Lane, Deep Run, reported someone attempted to break into his residence. Damages to window blinds were estimated at $5.
On Nov. 10, a representative of Seventh Day Adventist Church on North Herritage Street, Kinston, reported someone entered the building and fell asleep.
On Nov. 10, a woman on reported suspects assaulted her, searched her and made derogatory language about her sexual orientation. The incident occurred on North Herritage Street, Kinston.
On Nov. 10, a man on Crescent Road, Kinston, reported the theft of a license plate valued at $25.
On Nov. 11, a woman on Randy Road, Kinston, reported someone stole $80 and fled the scene, causing minor injuries to the victim.
On Nov. 11, a woman on N.C. 903 N., Seven Springs, reported someone damaged a door at her residence. Damages were estimated at $150.
On Nov. 11, a man on Falling Creek Road, Kinston, reported someone killed his dog.
On Nov. 12, a man on East Lenoir Avenue, Kinston, reported the theft of a black Mitsubishi Galant valued at $10,000.
On Nov. 12, a student at South Lenoir High School on 3355 N.C. 11 South, Deep Run, stated another student threatened to kill her and her friends. Prosecution was declined.
On Nov. 13, a woman on Boy Scout Road, Kinston, reported someone stole a purse from a vehicle parked at a non-residential building. The purse is valued at $40; the purse contained various banking/identification cards.
On Nov. 13, a man on Parrott Avenue, Kinston, reported someone entered his residence and stole the following: A black Toshiba laptop computer valued at $1,100; a light pink Apple iPad valued at $400; a Samsung Galaxy smart phone valued at $300.
On Nov. 13, a man on Poole Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A Sony Playstation 3 valued at $250; a 14ct yellow gold engagement ring valued at $2,000; a 10ct yellow gold necklace with diamond valued at $800; a 14ct yellow gold necklace with three diamonds valued at $500; an Akai 32" flatscreen TV valued at $300; seven Playstation games valued at $350.
On Nov. 14, a representativ eof U.S. Mini Mart on Old Snow Hill Road, Kinston, reported someone broke through a cinder block wall and stole the following: Five cases of Newport cigarettes valued at $7,500; an unknown number of cigars; a case of 50 lighters valued at $35; an unknown number of energy drinks.
On Nov. 14, a man reported his girlfriend struck him in the face with a flat iron, resulting in minor injuries.
On Nov. 14, a man reported someone fired a pellet rifle into an occupied vehicle, resulting in no injuries and $200 damage. The incident occurred at Kentucky Fried Chicken on West Vernon Avenue, Kinston.
On Nov. 14, a woman reported someone threatened her. The incident occurred at Kennedy Home on Cedar Dell Lane, Kinston.
On Nov. 14, a woman on West Washington Avenue, Kinston, reported someone assaulted her by pushing, pulling and scratching. A laptop computer and computer tablet were damaged during the assault. No damage estimates were listed on the report.

On Nov. 18, a woman on Williams Loop Road, Kinston, reported the theft of a Schwinn bicycle valued at $150 and a Huffy bicycle valued at $150. Prosecution was declined.
