Amber Lynn Tyndall of Kinston and Aaron Shane Avery of Trenton were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Oct. 19, 2013, at Christian Chapel Church in Pink Hill. The Rev. Craig Simmons was the officiating minister.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride is the daughter of Frank and Deborah Tyndall of Kinston. She is the granddaughter of Cynthia Smith of Pink Hill.

Graduating with an associate’s degree in applied science for medical assisting, she is a certified medical assistant with Eastern Carolina Physicians.

The groom is the son of Richard and Melanie Avery of Trenton and Phillip and Paula Turner of Kinston. He is the grandson of Kathy Avery of Trenton.

He is employed with Crop Production Services.

Following a wedding trip to Williamsburg, Va., the couple resides in Trenton.

The bride wore a simple yet sophisticated ivory ball gown. The fitted bodice was accented with delicate ruching throughout and featured a slightly scooped strapless neckline. Swarovski crystals accented the neckline and the dropped waistline. Completing the gown was a beaded decoration flowing into a semi-cathedral length train. Her mid length sheer veil with beaded trim accented the gown.

She carried a hand tied bouquet of orange Gerber daises, green button poms, and orange Asiatic lilies with purple statice. The bouquet was hand wrapped with satin and French sheer ribbon and embellished with pearls.

Kayla Deaver of Deep Run was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Terri Jarman of La Grange; the brides cousins, Megan Miller and McKayla Raynor, both of Pink Hill; and the groom’s sister, Katie Avery of Kinston.

Gracie Bradshaw of Kinston was the flower girl.

Ric Bagley of Walstonburg served as best man.

Groomsmen were Matt Rouse of La Grange; Zeth Lee of Kinston; brother of the bride, Kemp Lewis, also of La Grange; and the groom’s brother, Landon Avery of Kinston.

The bride’s nephew, Jackson Lewis of La Grange was a junior groomsman.

Ring bearers were Reece Lewis and Jacob Bradshaw.

Wedding music was provided by pianist Lynn Cox, and vocalist Connie Johnson.

Register attendant was Mary S. Humphrey. Program attendants were Kaelyn Mohrfeld and Makensie Mohrfeld.

The wedding was directed by Linda R. Stroud.

 

Reception/parties

Following the ceremony the bride parents hosted a reception at the Hampton Inn in Kinston.  Catering and reception servers were provided by Browns Sweet Treat Catering. Entertaining guests was Out of This World Entertainment with DJ Steven and Kristie Dail.

A lingerie shower was hosted by Kayla Deaver and Terri Jarman.

A Pampered Chef party was hosted by Kayla and Stacee Deaver.

A bachelorette party was held in Myrtle Beach, hosted by Terri Jarman and Kayla Deaver.

Bridal shower’s were hosted by the Avery family, and the Tyndall family and friends.

A bridal luncheon given by Christy Bradshaw and Mary Susan Humphrey was held at Christian Chapel Church.

The groom’s family hosted a rehearsal dinner.
