The following decisions were reached in Lenoir County district court in Feb, 2013. The presiding judge was the Hon. David Brantley. Matters may be resolved as the result of a guilty plea or dismissal negotiated with the district attorney without a trial. Matters may also be resolved as the result of a trial during which the judge dismisses the case for insufficient evidence or renders a verdict of innocence or guilt. Monica Lynn Frink, driving while impaired, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 60 days in the Lenoir County jail, suspended to 18 months unsupervised probation.
