Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Jeffcott of Kinston celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 28, 2013.
The couple has two children — Nancy Nelson and husband David of Spanish Fort, Ala., and David Jeffcott and wife Brenda of Powell, Ohio. They have six grandchildren.
Mrs. Jeffcott is the former Cynthia Sporn of Middletown, N.Y.
The couple was married in New York City Feb. 28, 1953.
