The Mitchell Wooten Residents Association has planned a week of activities for children who are on Easter break.
An Easter egg hunt kicked off the week on Monday; and the rest of the week will feature a movie night, game day and pizza party, along with more activities for children and parents. The association is led by Nikita Magallanez and features hosts of volunteers, including Daietta Dunn, Kathy Williams, Cameia Dawson, Shaneik Joyner, Lee “Willow” Cannon and Jessica Lawson.
The group spent many hours decorating the housing office, boiling eggs, stuffing almost 1,000 plastic eggs and making Easter baskets for children.
