Mr. and Mrs. Woody Sutton Sr. of Wyse Fork celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 13, 2013, at Southwood Memorial Christian Church. A dinner in their honor was given by their family.
The couple has two children, Woody Sutton Jr. of Wyse Fork and the late Sallyanne Sutton, who also lived in Wyse Fork; and two grandchildren, Brandon Sutton and Taylor Sutton.
Mrs. Sutton is the former Catherine Ann Sutton of La Grange. She is a homemaker.
Mr. Sutton is retired from DuPont.
The couple was married April 21, 1963, at Hickory Grove Church in La Grange by the Rev. Eden.
