The following information was reported by the Kinston Dept. of Public Safety and the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office:
 
On June 5, a woman on Daughety Road, Kinston, reported someone cut copper out of an air conditioning unit valued at $800.
 
On June 5, a man on Rhodes Ave., Kinston, reported someone broke into an air conditioning unit and stole interior parts valued at $2,000.
 
On June 7, a 19-year-old male reported behind robbed and assaulted by three hispanic suspects. The report indicates the suspects stole a handgun and $5 cash. The incident occurred in an alley on East James Street, La Grange.
 
On June 11, a man on Eric Sparrow Road, Deep Run, reported someone used a cutting tool to remove locks from outbuildings and stole the following: A Ryobi router/trimmer valued at $70; a Ryobi nailer/stapler valued at $50; a Ryobi circular saw; a Ryobi reciporcating saw valued at $70; a Ryobi power drill valued at $50. Damages to two doors/locks were estimated at $40.
 
On June 12, a representative of the SPCA Second Chances Thrift Store on West Vernon Avenue, Kinston, reported furniture had been stolen from underneath an overhang. The white wicker furniture is valued at $100.
 
On June 12, a representative of Rochelle Middle School on North Rochelle Boulevard, Kinston, reported someone stole an Apple iPad from the media center.
 
On June 12, a representative of Wheeler Exterminator reported someone broke into a gym locker and stole an Apple iPhone. The phone is valued at $200.
 
On June 13, a woman at a gas station on J.P. Harrison Boulevard, Kinston, reported the theft of a pink Gator moped valued at $900.
 
On June 13, a man on Eagle Road, Kinston, reported being assaulted/punched by an acquaintance, resulting in minor injuries. The following items were seized at the scene: A pill bottle containing ashes and Advil; burnt/unburnt Brillo and metal rod; a brown paper bag containing metal rod; small baggie containing white powder.
 
On June 13, a woman reported her boyfriend pulled her hair and threw a book bag at her. No injuries were reported. The incident occurred at a residence on East Chestnut Street, Kinston.
 
On June 14, a parent reported an acquaintance took indecent liberties with a child. The incident occurred on Gulick Drive, Kinston.
 
On June 14, a man reported a stranger assaulted him at a nightclub on Stratford Boulevard, Kinston, resulting in internal injuries.
 
On June 15, a man on Jim Sutton Road, La Grange, reported someone threw objects in house, causing damage. Damages to dry wall, a flower vause were estimated at $50. Estimated damages to vinyl siding were not listed.
 
On June 15, a man on Waverly Ave., Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and caused damages estimated at $885.
 
On June 15, a woman on Brothers Road, La Grange, reported someone attempted to break into his residence.
 
On June 15, a man reported the theft of a 1998 Chevrolet GMT-400. The vehicle is valued at $6,000. The incident occurred at a residence on Banks School Road, Kinston.
 
On June 15, a woman on South Davis Street, Kinston, reported someone stole her Dodge Stratus. The vehicle is valued at $5,000.
 
On June 16, a man on Saw Mill Road, Grifton, reported someone stole a Carr trailer that was carrying a Cub Cadet zero turn lawn mover. The trailer is valued at $600; the mower is valued at $7,000.
 
On June 16, a representative of the City of Kinston reported someone removed an electric meter from a residence on North East Street, Kinston. The stolen meter is valued at $100.
 
On June 17, a man on Doctors Drive, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A Vizio TV valued at $600; a heating/air conditioning unit valued at $3,500. Damages to the structure were estimated at $200.
 
On June 17, a woman on North Independence Street, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence and stole the following: A couch valued at $400; a kitchen table valued at $150. Damages to two windows were estimated at $200.
 
On June 17, a man rpeorted someone broke into his vehicle and stole the following: An Apple iPad valued at $399; two flash drives valued at $10; a gym bag valued at $25; a rear driver window valued at $200.
 
On June 17, a man on East Caswell Street, Kinston, reported the following stolen: A black Mikita power saw valued at $300; a black cordless drill w/battery valued at $100; two jack stands valued at $30; a 2.5 ton floor jack valued at $80.
 
On June 19, a man on Cedar Lane, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A Sony Playstation 3 game console valued at $300; a 48" JVC TV valued at $400; a Sony PS3 game valued at $30; three Sony Playstation game controllers valued at $120.
